Possible Solutions
- Go to Printer and Faxes from Start=>Settings. Double Click your printer to view the Printer queue. Select File menu to check if any of the following options are enabled.
- Use Printer Offline
- Pause Printing
If yes, disable those and try printing again.
- Check if any catridge error(LED blinking) is showing on your printer's front panel. If yes, remove and reinsert the catridge and try printing again.
- If only one catridge LED on your front panel is blinking. Try printing only with the other by removing the one that showing error. That is, if the colour catridge led is blinking to indicate it had some problem, remove it and try printing only with the black catridge in it.
If this is working, the catridge showing error may be damaged.
